Sunway Vivaldi is a part of the Kiara Hills development and adjacent to the commercial hub of Sri Hartamas. This low density development comprises a total of 228 units laid out in a series of 'stepping' blocks in keeping with the existing terrain.

This condominium development sits on an area of 7.7 acres and consists of 6 blocks of low rise and mid rise apartments with private lift lobbies and incorporates lanai spaces to complement high rise tropical living.

The epitome of this development is the 'Eco-Deck', which is a series of cascading platforms played out in an ascending manner in keeping with the profile of the land. The interplay of platforms is a landscape visual delight of water features, green roof decks, pools and trellises and also serving to reduce the ambient temperature.

The main draw of this 2 acre Eco-deck is a 50m long swimming pool finished off with a 3-sided glass edge at the end and onto a generous tree-lined sun-deck. Recycled timber are extensively used for the decks and walkways in keeping with sustainable practices.

A glass walled gym is dramatically cantilevered over this pool and overlooks lush greenery. As part of Sunway Group embracement of the LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability) concept and in promoting healthy lifestyle, squash courts, tennis courts, indoor game rooms are provided. A jogging track is also laid out within this 7.7 acre site to complement sporting activities. A fun pool is created for the children and is located adjacent to the club house.

Other elements instilled into the buildings are the maximization use of day lighting and natural ventilation even at auxiliary spaces such as service corridors, escape staircases, lift lobbies and car parks. Water efficiency is achieved by using water efficient fittings and harvesting rainwater for landscape irrigation.
