As part of the global identity, Mercedes Benz Autohaus have distinctive recognizable elements in all of their showrooms. However the design of the floor layouts are allowed to vary to suit each site’s conditions.

This Autohaus sits prominently on a major road intersection in KL CBD. Hence the design is specifically curved to straddle the corner with a full curvilinear glass facade, allowing maximum exposure to the displayed cars.

A central skylight allows natural light to permeate into an internal garden and pond. The mezzanine floor houses the administration and a special VIP lounge which overlooks the busy Jalan Sultan Ismail. Existing matured trees were preserved as part of the landscape and also part of a sustainable strategy by providing shade from the sun. The Autohaus was constructed in 9 months using a composite steel and concrete construction.
