Lot A and Lot B are part of what was once Geotrade Development. Both lots are perched on a higher plateau above existing Batu Ferringhi developments.  However Lot B, is primarily a rock outcrop with almost vertical cliff face near the boundaries. With a narrow single point access, the feasibility of development is financially challenging. Therefore the development approach is to amalgamate the development density from Lot B into Lot A.

Design Concept – Lot A

The site is almost 20 metres higher than the surrounding land and have commanding views towards the sea and hills. With such natural setting, we envisage potential for premium residential living admist the Batu Ferringhi 5 star resorts.

Our design approach is to create a resort garden ambience at the podium entrance, by ascending from the entrance road to the plateau level. The lobbies, gardens, club lounges, water pools and pond will seamlessly merge with unimpeded views towards the sea.

The journey up is exclusive to the residents who will ascend via access controlled lift lobby which itself emerges as private lift lobby upon arrival to their unit. Apart from the lower floors, each typical floor consists of 2 units.

The unit design is infused with elements of spaciousness. The living, dining and kitchen form a continuous voluminous space with abundance of natural light and cross ventilated from both ends. Retractable doors at living enable the lif t lobby space to merge with living and balcony for those moments of celebrations.

All bedrooms are rectilinear proportioned which eases possibilities of furniture fitting. Ensuite bathrooms are mandatory with special emphasis to the master ensuite, which is linked with sizable walk-in dressing room.

The architectural language is contemporary with flowing lines ascending 36 levels. Combination of metal sunshades, privacy louvres and frameless glass railing over cantilevered balconies add to the articulation of the facade. With a deliberate emphasis to usage, we envisage the development will be a combination serene space for contemplation, vibrant areas to energise and private space to retreat.
