Sunway Square, a transformative mixed-use development in Sunway City Kuala Lumpur (SCKL), Malaysia, exemplifies the integration of diverse functions to create a sustainable urban environment. Inspired by the area's tin mining heritage, the design symbolizes the evolution from industrial roots to a vibrant urban hub, resembling chiseled stone to reflect both past and future.

KL MIDTOWN is a 9-acre high-density, mixed-use project within Kuala Lumpur's KL Metropolis. Designed as a sustainable and livable space, it aims to balance work, live, and play. The development features interconnected components, including retail, office, residential, hospitality, and communal areas, all linked by a lush, landscaped roof garden.

This integrated development creates a self-sustaining community that attracts residents, office workers, shoppers, and hotel guests. Key elements include health and wellness centers, experiential retail, dining, educational spaces, and recreation areas, making KL MIDTOWN inclusive and versatile.

The project commissioned to SAA upon the success of a limited design competition hosted by the Client, Sime Darby Property, in 2012. Quarza Residence & Mall is the second development within the new KL East integrated township, which hugs the fringe of the Kuala Lumpur city centre.

i-City is a dynamic 18.5-acre integrated development located along Federal Highway in Shah Alam, serving as a prominent gateway from the west coast. This ambitious project embodies the "Work, Live, Play" philosophy, seamlessly blending residential, commercial, and recreational spaces to create an "Iconic Metropolis" that aims for international recognition through its timeless design.
