With the concept of “The Living Wall”, the development explores the possibility of incorporating a 20 storey high internal green wall and atrium space as the Genius Loci of this 26 storey corporate office tower, sitting in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle.

Intervene between natures and man-made, this unique office typology has become one of its kind amongst the generic office towers in the city. The development has adopted modern trends in office building design by integrating commerce, landscape and art in the workplace.

The tower is featured with 4 storey of retail and showroom podium with Link Bridge connecting to the adjacent complex.

A triple volumetric open air space is superimposed between the office tower and podium with uninterrupted vista and breeze towards the cityscape.

The main gem of the tower is the 20 storey high atrium space and green wall which serve as the extension of nature within a corporate environment. Workplace and lift lobby are separated by the atrium and connected with a simple yet elegantly designed link bridge. Skylight is located above the roof deck allowing spectacular daylight into the atrium space.
