Built on a brownfield site of Glenmarie, Utropolis is a University metropolis integrated development with KDU University College as the main anchor.

The concept of the campus aimed as part of urban rejuvenation to the current industrial section of Glenmarie. The campus is covered into two main blocks, forming a natural ventilated ‘learning gallery’ linking all functions together.

The usage of perforated & expanded metal panels on the façade accencuate the industrial feature and playful patterns to create an active façade for the learning experience
